A 30-year veteran of eco-friendly steel retrofitting, Saul is the operational engine of TESH, the discipline that turns ambitious builds into delivered projects. He carries that same purpose beyond the jobsite, creating jobs for the unhoused and mentoring the next generation to build stronger communities alongside stronger buildings.

Tal has scaled TESH from 15 to more than 100 people on a single conviction: better housing starts with better systems. A deep authority on sustainable building materials and light gauge steel (LGS), he pairs hands-on technical command with the vision to bring new technologies to market, and the leadership to deliver them at scale.

A serial entrepreneur with more than 25 years building brands, Alon is the company's growth engine: equal parts strategist, marketer, and dealmaker. His early conviction in modular construction reshaped TESH's trajectory, and his instinct for positioning continues to sharpen its vision and accelerate its success.
