TESH Group is the parent company and operating platform behind LyteMods, ADU Concepts, Cal Steel Modular, NAXA Design, and Cal Retrofit. The platform connects residential products, ADU deployment, steel and modular systems, design and permitting, retrofit, compliance, multifamily repair, and field execution into one coordinated housing delivery model.
Design, Engineering & Permitting
NAXA Design provides full-service design, engineering, and permitting infrastructure for the TESH Group platform: architectural design, structural engineering, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) engineering management, entitlement, permitting strategy, visualization, documentation, feasibility review, code analysis, site planning, and preconstruction support. NAXA carries projects from initial design concept through permit approval.
Homes, ADUs & Residential Products
The residential product brand within the TESH Group platform: proprietary pre-designed homes, pre-designed ADUs, custom homes and ADUs, and modular residential product lines. All LyteMods designs are developed in-house and produced through Cal Steel Modular's owned off-site fabrication facility, giving the platform full ownership of design, production, and delivery.
Structural Steel, LGS, Modular & Volumetric Systems
The steel systems, modular, and fabrication arm of TESH Group. The company owns and operates an off-site fabrication facility producing light gauge steel components, roll-formed profiles, panelized wall systems, and complete volumetric modular units, covering the production chain from master coil to finished panel or finished modular box. Structural steel, LGS framing, panelized assemblies, modular components, volumetric units, fabrication, and field steel execution across the platform.
Single-Family & Multifamily ADU Specialist
The Southern California authorized LyteMods dealer, master distributor, and certified installer covering single-family and multifamily ADU projects, garage conversions, apartment-property ADU programs, and density-adding housing.
Retrofit, Compliance & Multifamily Repair
Retrofit, balcony compliance, structural remediation, multifamily repair, seismic work, existing-building upgrades, and compliance-driven construction, backed by close to a decade of multifamily-sector experience.

General contractors and builders across Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Altadena, and other fire rebuild and infill markets are hitting the same wall: qualified steel, light gauge steel framing, and ground-up capacity is hardest to find right when demand is highest.
Through Cal Steel Modular, TESH Group steps in as your subcontractor and ground-up partner, planning through an approved framing inspection. From there, the job is back in your hands. You bring in MEPs and finishes, deliver on what you promised your client, and keep the relationship, the brand, and the credit.
