A fire rebuild and resilient replacement home, framed in non-combustible light gauge steel and delivered across the TESH operating companies.
Light gauge steel, MegaBoard, fire-resistant roofing and fire-resistant materials throughout. The previously built ADU on this lot remained standing through the Eaton Fire, a real-world example of the resilient material strategy the platform brings to every rebuild.
